Well many people will use guns for defense, protection, hunting, ect. Guns help people in many ways as I said in the first place. Also guns can be used in dangerous ways such as to kill people or rob people. I believe people kill people because they’re the ones holding the weapon and they’re the ones that pulled the trigger. Guns don’t pull their own trigger. People should lock school doors at a certain time and open at a certain time to prevent shootings in school. Kids would be a lot safer that way and the killings will be limited. Also schools should have bullet proof glass throughout the whole school so people can’t shoot and break the glass in any way thus preventing any harm. Gun laws will be limited as well, they will also be strict. Obama is putting 1,000 police officers in school and training more health professionals to deal with young people who may be at risk. He paid $500 million on this plan. They said we are not doing enough to protect our children from shooting even though we are doing the best we can. Children wrote letters about gun violence in the weeks that followed the Newtown shooting. Obama could launch a campaign to boost public support for his proposals. Six out of ten Americans want stricter gun laws, majority favoring a nationwide ban on military-style, rapid fire weapons and limits on gun violence in video games, movies and TV shows. Also they limited high-capacity ammunition magazines and requiring background checks for all gun buyers. People will have tougher penalties for those who lie on background checks. The 2^nd amendment specifically included the Bill of Rights to prevent this. Two centuries later we are in a struggle with gun control. As Americans we need to do everything in our power to protect young children from being shot in schools or nationwide. No one deserves to die, how could people just kill innocent people who doesn’t even have a life yet, who hasn’t got to live their life, who are not ready to die? Many people are dying today because of people using fire arms no matter if it’s on purpose or accident. Laws are being strict now and trying to prevent anymore shootings from happening. People will still use guns no matter what unless law prevents it. If I had to choose on this, I would say no guns at all unless you are a police officer or required to use a fire arm.

Who Am I?

 

Hello, I am here to tell you about myself. First of all I enjoy the outdoors so much when it’s cool outside and not too hot or too cold. That’s why my favorite season is spring, because it’s a mixture of hot and cold combined with a little rain but I love rain and that’s another thing about me. I enjoy long walks either by myself or with another person, or hiking which works to. Hiking up mountains or just along a trail.

Swimming is another thing I like to do when it’s nice out because the water feels good after a hot day plus you can go fishing in water to like down by the lake or a river somewhere. I love snowmobiling in the winter, riding it around the fields is fun. I love reading books of any kind such as mystery, horror, or crime investigation. Well I pretty much summed up all my hobbies.

Now I am going to tell you about my favorite stuff, ok my favorite color would have to be blue because it’s the color of the sky and that’s where heaven is. My favorite music is mainly country but I like rock and roll and Eminem music. That stuffs ok to me and I will listen to it on occasions.

I am an animal lover which means I care for animals and won’t stand to watch people abuse them. I have animals of my own and take good care of them and they are all healthy. Sometimes I help out my cousin with her animals, she has cows and a horse and lots of dogs, plus cats.

My favorite singer would be Blake Sheldon out of country singers because I like his deep voice in his songs. I like most of his songs though for sure, he writes a lot of great hits now days. My favorite movie would be 8-mile because I say it’s a good movie, it’s about Eminem’s life and how he became a rap singer.

What else can I say about myself, I am a generous person, kind, loyal, and sweet. I do have a bad side to me but don’t everybody. I care about my family and friends close around me and or far away. I do nothing to hurt them in any way.

Last but not least my favorite subject in school is any type of science such as Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy, any of those because I love learning about the human body and about different kinds of chemicals and experiments. When you dissect then you get to see organs in a frog, crawfish, sea star, and earth worm, that is pretty interesting.

Well that’s all I have to tell about myself, I pretty much gave you all the basic information about me and my personality. My work here is done J

My reaction to this article is that they are most certainly right about losers and winners. I'm not judging them but we tend to learn from losers like what they are doing wrong so that we can make improvements. This article sends a message out there to all people; it tells you we need people in these loser jobs than we need people in the winner’s cycle. Most losers are unemployed and we need that for our system to work. I don’t believe anyone would notice if people quit working for a month even though they are making billions of dollars. I just don’t think people care enough now days.

There would be total chaos if people quit working, we would all be unemployed with no job and no money so then what would you do? You see why we need only few to be unemployed, not everyone need to be employed. What would happen to banks? You don’t know how much of this can be a danger to citizens.

When the unemployment is up they pay lower wages which is true but why would you pay lower instead of higher? I wonder, well you can be a loser even if you are employed. You don’t have to be unemployed. I don’t understand people today with all this chaos running around and spreading the word.

We need to keep people on track because lots of things could happen such as the economy can slow down, people will lose their jobs, wages will be gone, savings are evaporating with inflation, and savers become losers. Our whole entire system depends on losers. Don’t forget that ever because winners mean nothing. To live in a place where lots of people have nothing to lose can be very, highly dangerous for all of us.  

Boyz n the Hood

 

This movie tells us how the people back then acted and treated others. The movie teaches us how to behave although most behavior in this movie was bad but some taught well. Violence was a bad thing then and it still is now like in the movie the people there always start fights and get shot at. Most just start fights for no reason but some go after the saying “an eye for an eye”.

There’s one thing that goes around the most and that’s relationships. Many of them get a girlfriend or boyfriend then they go through complications like trey and his girlfriend are going through a lot because trey stopped calling her and went off with another woman which leads into problems.

They sold a lot of drugs in this movie and used a lot of it. This one gang was using drugs like smoking weed and drinking alcohol at young age. Now days we do that but also go to jail for a long time because of it. I’m surprised they don’t get caught as often as they should, the gangs will probably go and hide somewhere and do it.

About doughboys family and Ricky’s family and Trey’s family. Both doughboy and Ricky are both brothers but have different dads; they get along good unless someone causes trouble but their mom doesn’t like doughboy because he does nothing to help around. Trey’s dad gets along with him great and so does trey but also trey wants to do things on his own. Same as today with us teenagers, always want alone time.

Education is good then I think except for there are a lot of fighting and cussing going on in that school but in our school we don’t pitch fights like they did. They were way rougher and beat the other one up even when they were younger.

When they are in a gang or they are brothers like Doughboy and Ricky, they respect each other because they consider each other brothers whether related or not. You look out for each other and protect one another.

Most have responsibilities such as Trey, he has to listen to his dad like rake the leaves when he was younger and listen to him when he talks plus clean the sink and the tub but others don’t do anything around the house and leave to go hang out with friends. That’s like most teenagers today wanting to be lazy and not do anything while there are others with chores.

My opinion is that everyone may not have a catfish but most people do in some countries, cities, and towns. They are not fun to have, and it could be anyone, you may not know them for all you know. They could be robbers, violent people. My catfish is a hacker who pretends to be me on sites and gives out information. Believe me it's not fun having to deal with it for like 6 months. Catfish are not necessary in life, you don't need a person faking their identity like that. It's very violent and not legal in any country.

About the first article, they are basically talking about who is better as an NBA star. Personally they both have their spots on the floor and their own positions they are in. Many score, make points and win the game, no body has a specific goal to get at, their all winners. Says a guy handles the ball well and is very highly respected by his teammates and coaches, that name is Mikey Goldstein.


The second article has to deal with Jews dominated professional basketball, the most sport played when growing up is basketball, everyone wanted to play basketball, it is cheap and bigger court than a football field and soccer field. If the population is big, its the reason for Jews to dominate them. Most black people also dominate basketball because they tend to be a bit stronger and taller in some cases.

Alien Commuters


Alien commuters talk about how life is hard on a farm having to do a lot of work, washing dishes, taking care of the house, the animals need care, takes a lot of responsibility to do so. Now they are crossing the border along with thousands of others. It is very crowded in there that people are shoulder to shoulder. All of them are standing in line at 4:30 in the morning, kind of early right, it's 15 people wide. The rule is once you get in line, you have to stay put, meaning no leaving the line or going anywhere. Since there are no toilets, the whole place reeks like urine because people wet themselves there in line which is gross.


Women are groped as the line gets congested, there's no escape for these lines. Norma and Roberto are the only two who are green card holders and could live plus work in the United States but they want to remain in Mexico because it's the only way to take care of their family. All of the people gathered in separate buses and piled out, had backpacks, straw hats, baggage. Many people crowded on a bus, that can't be comfortable. They all set off and went to places they wanted, I guess it's what they wanted so they got it.

Bourgeoisie are boxer, Benjamin, the hens, etc. they are all the good guys on the farm not wanting to cause any harm to any others and don't disobey the rules. They worked hard on the windmill and got fed but as later came around, they got less food, they were always following the rules and just happy animals not fighting. Proletariats are the pigs and the dogs who are the ones who are mean when things don't go their way, they kill the other animals and the rule says non shall kill another animal which they clearly did. Napoleon killed snowball by telling the dogs to kill him because he did wrong, then during the end all the pigs broke so many rules such as sleeping in a bed, living in a house, killing other animals, eating all the food. During the middle of the book, all the pigs took most of the food plus the milk and chicken eggs they stole.


Someone else needed to carry out the job instead of the pigs because it was all a mess, all the other animals ganged up on him at the end and had a war because of his doings. All of them were so mad at him for stealing food, bossing them around, taking orders, being his slave, they couldn't take it no more so they had at it and took him down. Afterwards the animals rewarded themselves with a bunch of food left in the shack. They all reached a goal here, Napoleon learned not to mess with any other animal again and the others know what they did was wrong but felt it was right.


Napoleon is just like the functionalist theory, its a matter of opinion and in this case he had lots about the windmill and the others. I say he let all this go too far, it all ended so badly I am sure he regrets every single bit of it. If he doesn't then he better be. He is very cruel in so many ways.

This movie is a temporary fix because the fighting will keep going on. As people get older and children grow up, it will still be going on and I'm sure they will do it to. If perhaps it don't work out then they will move on to greater days, find other things they are well good at. Like I said when they get older they will probably want to be a fighter but if it don't happen, they will find something better or just find something. The opportunity for them has become greater, most want more and more, people encourage them to do what they love doing. I think you should do what your heart wants, not what others tell you. The whole impact on this is getting hurt could cause them to lose what they love which is fighting.

If they keep living like they are, it may not happen. They don't really live in a good environment, they can try. The condition they are living in and their surroundings look bad. They pile old junk in the back not knowing what to do with it, they don't even own a car, their house is like half gone. They could start over buying a new house with a car if they save up enough money for it. Find a house in their area so they don't have to change schools, it will be good for them. It can move him up but I would be myself not someone others want me to be. You don't have to look cool to be cool, he is just trying to blend in with others. Chances can be good and they can be bad, just have to find out where they will lead him.


People will dress differently and act differently than others, some are smarter than others as well. It prepares you because it wants you to learn the basics of life and social class so you know what its like. They teach you new things so you move on to the next big thing. I'd like to stay where I am at in school, I don't want to move up but If I did then I think I would maybe do better but I am not sure. Moving up would be tougher than moving down because you have to do a lot more work. I say dating someone who is rich would be very difficult and so would someone who is poor. Rich are snotty and poor don't know anything. My family and friends might not like them. I would probably end up somewhere in between. Not sure where I would end up at.


Just basic antiques we collect in this house. Class isn't always related to the things we own, it can be related to other things. I don't want any other object but the one I have because it is my only one I own.

First of all I would choose functionalism because it has to deal with the contemporary philosophy and behaviorism. I think that's a great part of life and in society for people to go with functionalism. Now on Karl Marx they had restrict individuals in the function of social class. The conflict between social class is social change. We have a lot going on about that and a lot could be done about it but not much is. The symbols are technology such as cell phones, tablets, computers, game systems and so on. I would suggest you read a book or take a walk to avoid too much technology because it could ruin your eye sight for one and also cause you to pass out sometimes.

During the beginning I thought it was going to be like when Harry got drugs, I didn't think he would be abusing them like he was with his friend and his possibly girlfriend because he should know by now knowing his age that it is indeed bad for you under any circumstances. At the end the guy ended up over dosing on the heroin and ended up in the hospital with an infected vain which they had to cut off his arm because of it.


The mother I thought when she wanted to lose weight I thought she was going to eat less which she did but I thought she could handle it. When she got those pills I was like ok she can eat with those pills right, but no she just took those pills without food, what she didn't know was that she can't go without eating, so she ended up in the hospital at the end and had to feed her food through a tube and did electro shock on her brain.


Harry's friend did drugs to but not as bad as harry did them. Still drugs are bad so don't ever ever do them. He and Harry both ended up in jail because of drug doings. Can't do the time, don't do the crime. That's how it goes, you can do it for a while but eventually you will get caught. He lived miserably in a jail cell going into withdrawals.


Harry's girlfriend lived her life selling her body to get money for drugs, now why would a person do that, I thought she was going to get a job rather then be a prostitute for the rest of her life or at least part of her life. A job would have been easier than getting money through sex wouldn't you agree. The consequences of that is you could get aids, STD's, and so on.


I would have thought they would all learn a lesson here of what they did, I hope they do because they all faced the consequence. Lesson be learned, don't ever do drugs, it can cause you to die or go into withdrawals but you should never sell them either, you will end up in jail and that is not a fun time.

heroin is a bad addiction and where do you draw the line? Well I say you shouldn't even start because its a bad habit to get into. You go through withdrawals and you can't go without it. Go to the hospital and get treatment for this, you do not want to live your life like this. It's your fault and no one else's, you may have had bad parents in your life and you may not. Something can be done, don't do drugs, don't do things that are illegal.

A man was smoking heroin and apparently overdosed on it and he died. His friends dumped his corpse in the neighborhood where they bought drugs. I don’t know why people would smoke in the first place. You should know it ends in death if you overdose. It ends in a bad place and you are the only one who can stop it. Friends and family care to where they don’t want you to die. The body got hauled away but you know they do investigate the crime and investigate the body so sooner or later they will find out who was last with the body and why that person died. The family was sad and so were the friends but I don’t like it when people do such a thing to smoke or do drugs or drink because it’s a way to die, maybe not right away in your life but it will happen later on. You may think to yourself that you got a while so you will stop later on when your time is close but that’s not always good because you don’t know when your time ends plus it may be too late when you want to quit because all those chemicals are in your body now and have been in there rotting out your lungs and or other organs. Just putting a message out there, don’t smoke or drink or do drugs unless you want to die. Very few make it alive but I can’t guarantee it will be you. Let lesson be learned. Don’t do it.

The way people were convicted of violent crime were horrifying because now people are bringing out violent video games such as grand theft auto and call of duty so now kids are playing them which they might copy the game and become somewhat violent. They may see someone hit another person on the game so they will do that in real life. I would not allow those video games to come out. Children don’t need to learn things like that. The good news about this is that if you are inside playing video games, you are no longer on the street hanging out with gangs or in alleys or getting into trouble. Like I said earlier people will tend to act out the video games. Another impact on violent crimes is cellphones and the internet which I believe it is somewhat true but somewhat false. People took wrecking balls and smashed them into buildings tearing them down causing it to be a violent crime or a type of crime. Exposure to lead among children has caused lower IQs and cognitive skills and the physiological impact on the brain has been connected to the aggressive behaviors of violent crime. I don’t think people should cause children to have that. The children shouldn’t cause it to themselves because it’s one step closer to death. Another type of crime is giving up your baby for abortion or adoption and I don’t personally like that considering it’s a child. Why not keep the child; it’s not the babies fault. I just don’t see why people would do such a thing to an innocent face. That’s what I know about what I think and I hope that violent crimes will end soon but I don’t think that will happen because of the dumb people out there.

I recently just bought one of my best friends a minute card for their phone because its a good thing to do. I felt great about it because I knew I helped her out and they could use it. It was easy to do and I love helping people anyways so this is nothing new for me. She seemed very happy, she said no at first but I influenced her to take it. She is very appreciative of it.
